2021-11-24 – Intro Stength
- Squats
- Hold weight 10-20lb in front of chest
- Raise heels on kettle handles or similar
- Reps of 10
- Overhead press both arms
- Kettle resting on back of wrists
- Press up into raised shoulders aside ears
- Deadlift
- 20-40 lbs on bar
- Wide sumo stance with hands between knees
- Flat back
- Straighten legs first bringing bar to front or above of knee
- Then straighten waist bend to finish lift
- Reverse
- Bent over Row
- Straight back
- Bent knees
- Forward bend to 90 degrees
- Pull both arms up and back with weight to side of hip
- Forward bend ham stretch with weight
- Hold a kettle in palm of hands
- Rounded back forward bend to find ham
- Wall knee over toe ham stetch
- Sets 3×6 Each Side
- Reverse Lunge
- Bent over row
- Deadlift
- Overhead Press
