Where are you cold hard cat? you’re cool; no, you’re cool.

Excellent evening tonight on kexp; riz hosting Jazzanova from Berlin on expansions followed by sonarchy radio with atlatl and alex keller. The show could accurately be described as an hour of varying static, but it had it certainly had it’s moments of beauty (skeptics; imagine a snowstorm). Alex has quite a few decent links to various resources for ‘sound artists’, in his words, including a nice starting point for shortwave espionage.

herebox returned to the airwaves today through studiox at the seattle independent media center. The imc culture is an odd one, but I’m intrigued thus far. Thursday evening I arrived at the center after a long day to an excellent marimba concert, food, and a room full of excited folks — hard to go wrong.

hey, distributed.net succeeded in cracking RC5-64 resulting in “The unknown message is: some things are better left unread” after 1,757 days of collaborative volunteer effort. I managed to check a massive 32,452,772,888,576 keys (0.00017593% of the keyspace ;) ).
